* * *EDIT * * *I really appreciate a professional and empathetic response to complaints and reviews. I'm glad to hear there has been some restructuring since my last experience. Keep up the good work.* * *I was spoken to very rudely and mocked and complained about to the other volunteers while I was still on the phone and then hung up on... all because I wanted to know if there was something that could be done about pigeons stuck in a shopping centre which were to be shot.I don't care that you don't get paid, that kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

Lovely and caring staff.. I had a possum at our front door in distress from the heat, after calling the wildlife rescue and talking to a really nice lady she was able to get another really nice lady to come and collect the possum (I would of taken the possum to them but have a newborn baby). I was very grateful for the swift action of their team! So great to know there's some very caring lovely people looking after the wildlife! Thankyou!
